Posyy is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We have intentionally built our application to minimize data collection while maximizing your creative experience. Your photos, your creations, your privacy.

When you use Posyy to transform your photos, here is exactly what happens:

• Selection: You choose a photo from your device's camera roll or capture a new one using your camera
• Processing: The image is sent to our secure AI processing service for background segmentation
• Transformation: Your selected background is applied to create the final artwork
• Storage: The completed image is saved exclusively to your device's local storage
• Deletion: Processed images are immediately removed from our servers after delivery

Posyy requires certain device permissions to function properly. We only request permissions that are essential for core functionality:

• Camera Access: Required only if you choose to capture new photos directly within the app. You can deny this permission and still use photos from your library.
• Photo Library Access: Required to select existing photos for background replacement and to save your created artworks. We request limited access when possible.
• Network Access: Required for AI-powered image processing and in-app purchase functionality. No personal data is transmitted.

You can modify these permissions at any time through your device's Settings application. Revoking permissions may limit certain features but will not affect your existing saved artworks.

Posyy offers in-app purchases for Posy Coins, our virtual currency. Here is how purchase data is handled:

• All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store
• We never receive, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID
• Purchase records are maintained by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy
• Your Posy Coins balance is stored locally on your device
• We do not link purchases to any personal identifier

Posyy integrates with limited third-party services to provide our features:

• AI Processing Service: We use secure API connections for image segmentation. Only the image data necessary for processing is transmitted, and it is deleted immediately after processing.
• Apple App Store: Handles all in-app purchase transactions and app distribution.
• App Tracking Transparency: We comply with Apple's ATT framework. If you deny tracking permission, no advertising identifiers are accessed.

Posyy is committed to protecting the privacy of children:

• Our application is not directed at children under the age of 13
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• Users between 13 and 18 should use the app under parental guidance
• If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately

Since Posyy stores all user data locally on your device, you have complete control over your information. Deleting the app removes all associated data.

• Image processing APIs use secure, authenticated connections

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons:
