Welcome to Posyy, your passport to instant virtual travel! These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Posyy governing your access to and use of our mobile application and all related services.

By downloading, installing, or using Posyy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our application.

To use Posyy, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to use digital services
• If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this application
• You must have a compatible iOS device with sufficient storage space

Posyy does not require account registration. Your usage data, preferences, and created content are stored locally on your device, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience.

Posyy provides the following core features and services:

• AI-Powered Background Replacement: Advanced image segmentation technology that intelligently separates subjects from backgrounds
• Global Destination Library: A curated collection of world-famous landmarks and scenic locations including Paris, Tokyo, New York, Iceland, Mount Fuji, Santorini, Dubai, and the Grand Canyon
• Posy Coins Virtual Currency: An in-app currency system for unlocking premium backgrounds and features
• Local Gallery Storage: All your created artworks are saved securely on your device
• Social Sharing: Easy sharing capabilities to your favorite social media platforms

We continuously work to improve and expand our services. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with or without prior notice.

Posyy utilizes a virtual currency system called "Posy Coins" for accessing premium content:

• New users receive a complimentary allocation of Posy Coins upon first launch
• Additional Posy Coins can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Posy Coins are used to unlock premium backgrounds and save high-quality images
• All purchases are processed securely through Apple's payment infrastructure

Pricing for Posy Coins packages may vary by region and is subject to change. All prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Regarding content created and used within Posyy:

• You retain full ownership of all original photographs you upload to the application
• You grant Posyy a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing our background replacement services
• Background images, graphics, icons, and other visual assets within Posyy are proprietary and protected by copyright
• You may use images created with Posyy for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Commercial use of created images requires separate licensing arrangements

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any photographs you upload and that such photographs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

When using Posyy, you agree not to:

• Upload, process, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the application to create content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the application
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the application
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the application
• Use the application for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the application
• Create content depicting minors in inappropriate situations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to Posyy and potential legal action.

Your privacy is paramount to us. Key privacy features of Posyy include:

• All user data, preferences, and created content are stored locally on your device
• We do not maintain user accounts or collect personal identification information
• Image processing for background replacement utilizes secure API connections
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
• Camera and photo library permissions are used solely for application functionality

POSYY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the application
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the application is free of viruses

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Posyy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to the application
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you upload, process, or share through the application
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Posyy shall be resolved through the following process:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms
• Material changes may be communicated through in-app notifications
• Your continued use of Posyy after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
• If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the application
